The videos below show the processes involved in making a splashback.
The first step in making a splashback is cutting the glass to the desired measurement.
We then polish or flat grind the edges of the splashback in our polisher.
If cutouts are required we use either waterjet or CNC.
Next the splashback is washed to remove any abrasive which may damage the glass.
The splashback is then toughened by heating it to 700° and then chilling it instantly.
Finally, the splashback is either painted or printed on.
